Appointment Changes

Clients should request appointment changes as early as possible. Rescheduling depends on date, artist availability, selected service and existing confirmed bookings.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms may vary by service type, bridal date, academy course or package commitment. Any advance, if applicable, is handled according to the booking terms confirmed at the time of appointment.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the confirmed booking terms, service preparation, reserved artist time and cancellation timing. Please contact Lumina Makeup Studio directly for booking-specific support.

No-Show Policy

If a client does not arrive or communicate for a confirmed appointment, rescheduling or refund support may be limited because artist time and studio preparation have already been reserved.
